Pricing and payment
These are defaults on 2026-10-16. Check the gateway and ⚙️ Settings → 💳 Subscription for current prices and payment terms. The bot’s /docs shows the current values.

Pay for access
Section titled “Pay for access”The confirmation count and payment windows below are defaults on 2026-10-16. Check your checkout before sending funds.
- Choose a plan in @tsc_intel_bot.
- The bot gives you a unique tc1 address for that checkout.
- Send exactly the plan amount from any TSC wallet. Checkout accepts at least that amount, but paying extra does not buy a longer period.
- Access activates after 2 confirmations on our node. A confirmation means another block has included or built on your payment.
- Checkout is valid for 60 minutes. A fully funded late payment can still be credited during the following 24 hours.
Use 🔄 Check Payment to check progress. Do not send another full payment just because confirmations are still pending.
If a payment needs attention
Section titled “If a payment needs attention”Too little: an underpaid checkout shows what was received and the remaining amount. The notification says “Payment incomplete”. Top up the same address within the payment window.
Too much: the chosen period is credited. The extra is not refunded automatically. Contact the bot’s admins.
After the late-payment window: message support with your checkout ID for an admin review. Do not expect automatic credit. A checkout marked “Manual review” also needs support.
Chain reorganisation: sometimes the chain replaces a block containing a payment. The bot checks the payment again. Already granted access continues during a grace period while it confirms again. The grace default on 2026-10-16 is 24 hours.
Renewals and reminders
Section titled “Renewals and reminders”Open ⚙️ Settings → 💳 Subscription and choose 🔄 Renew 1 Month or ⭐ Upgrade / Add 1 Year. Your new period starts at your current expiry, or now if the previous period has ended.
Default reminders on 2026-10-16 arrive 7, 3 and 1 days before expiry, then at expiry. Missed reminder steps are skipped. Default access grace is 24 hours after expiry. Notification pause does not stop payment reminders.
Privacy, refunds and limits
Section titled “Privacy, refunds and limits”The bot shows your payment address and transaction only to you and admins, never in a group. Transactions remain public on the TensorCash chain.
Payments are final. If something went wrong with a payment, message support and an admin will look at it.
The checkout limit is 5 new checkouts per rolling 24 hours per account. Reusing an unexpired checkout for the same plan does not create another checkout.
