Alerts

These are recommended personal defaults on 2026-10-16. The bot’s /docs shows the current values. Your settings can differ from the group feed.

Rule Default condition Severity
Large movement A tracked wallet sends at least 10,000 TSC externally, or at least 20% of its balance with a 1,000 TSC minimum High
Incoming A tracked wallet receives at least 10,000 TSC, or at least 20% of its balance with a 1,000 TSC minimum; private alerts only High
Exchange flow At least 1,000 TSC moves to or from a high-confidence or confirmed exchange Critical for Top 25 wallets or at least 100,000 TSC; otherwise High
Dormant wallet At least 30 inactive days, then a movement of at least 500 TSC Critical for Top 25 wallets; otherwise High

An exchange flow can be a deposit or withdrawal. A deposit to an exchange does not prove a sale.

“Externally” means the amount believed to leave the sender’s control after probable change is excluded. Change is money returned to the sender within the same transaction.

The Top 100 are the largest addresses by balance in the hourly holder snapshot. Early holders were first funded at or before block 28,096. Miners include mining reward recipients and labelled pools. Exchanges need reliable labels. The shared watchlist contains wallets added by admins.

Recommended defaults on 2026-10-16 enable whale, incoming, exchange and dormant alerts. Early-holder alerts outside the Top 100 or watchlist, and miner real-time alerts, start off. Miner activity and Top-100 entries and exits still appear in reports.

The title has an emoji and severity. The amount is bold. From → to lines show addresses, labels and available confidence. Probable change has its own line. Fresh market data adds an approximate value; otherwise it says “Value: unavailable”. Exchange deposit messages carry this reminder:

🔎 Wallet and 🔗 Transaction open tscscan, the chain explorer. 🔕 Mute 24h silences that wallet for you. ⚙️ Alert Settings opens your private controls. 💱 Exchange appears on exchange alerts, but currently replies “Coming in a later update”. Use Home → 💱 Exchanges for the working screen.

🚨 Alert Settings has six toggles and six thresholds under 💰 Thresholds. Change large outgoing, incoming and exchange amounts, percentage, percentage minimum and dormant period. Send /percent 0 to turn the percentage trigger off.

🔕 Pause notifications in Settings stops all your real-time alerts, including Critical. A wallet mute affects only you.

Default fairness settings on 2026-10-16 merge events for the same wallet within 5 minutes and allow at most 12 High alerts per rolling hour per person. Critical bypasses that cap. Further High matches appear in your next report as “overflow”, meaning matched activity held out of real-time delivery. Events older than 60 minutes also become overflow.

A chain reorganisation can replace an earlier block. If it removes activity behind a delivered alert, the bot replies to that alert with a correction.
