Limits and FAQ

Alerts follow blocks seen by our own node. They do not announce unconfirmed transactions. Node, chain and Telegram problems can delay delivery.

After a node or chain problem, the tracker catches up first. Events more than 60 minutes old go to the next report as overflow instead of arriving in real time. Overflow means matched activity held for a report.

  • The movement did not match your enabled rules or thresholds.
  • Notifications are paused, including Critical alerts.
  • You muted the wallet.
  • The High-alert hourly cap was reached, or the event was too old. Look for overflow in your next report. Critical bypasses the hourly cap.
  • Your access expired and its grace period has ended.
  • A label was missing or too weak for an exchange alert.

The bot’s /docs shows the current values. Check 💳 Subscription for your access dates and 🚨 Alert Settings for your preferences.

It does not give financial advice or predict prices. It does not know who owns an address or why a transfer happened. Labels and probable change can be wrong.
